A light, foldable cap, in a durable soft brushed nylon fabric. Waterproof and packable, the Salle makes an ideal companion for long-distance, mixed-terrain expeditions. That said, it’s also at home in the city. UV Protection – all of our caps are SPF 40+.

Clad in an extra-durable soft brushed nylon fabric, the Salle will stand the test of time. As trail runners get through shoes, and mountain bikers burn through tyres, the Salle will remain strong - a hat full of stories. Pack it, stash it, wash it and importantly, wear it - the Salle forms an integral part of any expedition. A camo colourway helps the Salle blend into nature while running, fishing or hiking.

The Salle’s three-layer Aquasealz™ composition requires an extraordinary attention to detail throughout the production process. The successful synthesis of multiple layers entailed a rigorous testing process, with waterproofness and longevity of fabric representing absolutes. Sealskinz equates durability with sustainability: a well-made, physically robust garment will age well, negating the need for replacement, or further consumption.

We don’t like complicated things. And when it comes to the care of your kit, we want to make it as simple as possible. This is the type of hat you can throw in the wash along with the rest of your gear. No need to wash with special detergents.
