Bought in December ahead of the cold weather in the UK and it does the job perfectly - keeps head and ears warm, while the visor keeps rain out of the eyes. Being able to fold and clip the ear flaps up is handy too when you want to cool off a bit.
It fits fairly snugly on my head which is on the smaller size, so only thing to consider if you've got an especially large noggin.

Would’ve liked it better if it came in sizes like small/medium or large xL. The strap on the back of the hat is useless. And the ear flaps allow wind in so I wear a knit beanie over it to keep the flaps down and tighter fit

The cap is good quality and fitting. Very comfortable. The weakness is that the fleece doesn't enclose the ears letting too much air in. Colombia used to do a similar cap but elasticated the rim. This is better than adding an unfashionable chin strap. Then your cap would be perfect
